Parhar Business Center
One of the most sought-after light industrial developments, strategically located on the south end of Duncan, just off the Trans-Canada Highway. This light industrial development features 10 high quality, concrete block buildings, with unit sizes ranging from 2,000 square feet to 17,000 square feet. These buildings contain large roll up doors and high ceilings. The Parhar Business Park hosts a number of different companies such as Fastenal, Eecol Electric, Speedy Auto Glass, Gone Fishin’, and many more. This development received the Vancouver Island Real Estate Boards Commercial Award of Merit in 2019.

The Herring Gull Warehouse was the third EB Horsman building we’ve built on the island.

Built in 2009 in Duncan, BC. Over 8,000 sq/ft built to suit our clients’ needs with their specifications in mind.
EB Horsman Building, Courtenay
Built in 2009, and located in Courtenay, this industrial / retail building consists of approximately 7,000 square feet, and received the 2010 Vancouver Island Real Restate Boards commercial excellence award for this project.
Community Farm Store
In this extensive renovation project, we customized an existing 10,000 sq/ft space for our client’s needs. We were able to provide them with a storefront, retail space, storage, and office space.
The Brick
This 10,000 sq/ft commercial building project was a restoration/rebuild after a devastating fire.
Gian Place

Built in the early 2000s this is a mixed use residential and commercial building.
