Parhar Group has been in the construction industry for over 40 years since it was founded by Balbir Parhar. The company is a family run company that specializes in both residential and commercial construction and management. We work with local governments to rezone properties to create subdivisions and parks that greatly benefit the community. Under our residential portfolio, we have managed the construction of over 500 residential homes.
Under our commercial portfolio Parhar Group owns and manages 450,000 sq ft of commercial and residential space. Over 95% of all commercial space has been constructed by Parhar Group.
The Parhar Business Centre is located just one kilometre south of Duncan on the Trans Canada Highway. Multiple use buildings of variable sizes and floor layouts have been built that can suit almost any commercial or light industrial use. Building 10 is currently being built with building 2 coming soon.

The Duncan-based Parhar Group, a family-run firm that specializes in residential and commercial construction management, has partnered with the non-profit Clements
Centre for Families, which provides services for people with disabilities, to build the project at 2731 Vian St., which is located close to the Cowichan Community Centre. The partners intend to secure funding for the project through BC Housing’s Community Housing Fund.”
